Kings Utd - our local Community Football Team lost in yesterdays final .
Despite being down to 10 men and 3 - 1 down, they came back in the last 5 minutes to equal the scores at 3-3 . Extra time beckoned and unfortunately fatigue took its toll and they lost by Two goals.
This is a fantastic achievement considering its their first season.
Cats will be looking to help them next year seeking sponsorship , to help out with kit training facilities and so forth.
The team is socially inclusive and players and training staff come not only from the Sutton Estate, But Samuel Lewis Estate , Pond House and other areas each side of the Kings Road.
Well done to all those players and staff - and here's hoping you can go one better next season !
