VISITOR PARKING

I have been informed by Jamie Roumph that there are no changes to the parking system as they are reviewing the parking system across London. Visitor Permits can be obtained from Marie at the Estate Office.. or.. "If Marie is not available Residents need to call Nighthawk and provide the details so that its logged on to their system and the visitors car should not be issued with a ticket"
This is Jamie's advice and not that of CATS who do not wish to deal with Nighthawk. So getting hold of Marie is, and always was the best option for Visitor Parking

ESTATE OFFICE OPENING HOURS

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE.
We were asked by residents to make approaches to Affinity Sutton to open the Estate Office more often. It has been met favourably, although won't happen immediately. The plans are to open on a Tuesday morning, and if any resident needs to see someone from the office in the Evening then they can, within reason book an appointment. We will keep you updated as to when this service is live, but we would like to thank Marie La Boissiere for accomodating the residents in this way. Due to Health and Safety Reason the Office cannot be opened after 5pm
