The Chelsea Association of Tenants have launched their new scheme for national and international communities. Please contact security@catsinfo.co.uk for further details. Our new scheme is to provide local and national communities with their own security facilities to accomodate the young, elderly and vulnerable. We shall be joing forces with Local and National Charities to provide unique support and security facilities for our community members.
