- Why were tenants not unformed in advance of this disruption?
- Who gave the contractors permission to park vehicles wherever they want, including outside tenants windows and blocking ambulance and hospital vehicle access?
- Why do so many vehicles have to stay on our Estate overnight?
- What is the excavation for? Tenants have a right to know?
