Afternoon Ian,
Apologies for the problems you have been experiencing, Natalie Down is your point of contact at Affinity.
It would appear that the contractor had not informed Natalie and the Team about the works hence residents not being kept informed.
I hope this gets satisfactorily resolved for you and the other residents.
