All Nomination Forms are in - Cats Committee - 2014/15

All Nomination Forms are in. Voting forms with all eligible Candidates and positions they are standing for  will be posted through every letter box in the Coming Week.

Clear instructions will be on every form.

Completed forms  need to be returned to The Affinity Sutton Mailbox - if you have trouble getting to the Mailbox  you can give you votes ( in a sealed envelope )to  Jean Keal , Lorna Sherlock, Ian Henderson or Mary Hoare - who are administrating and running the election.

Full Instructions will be on the voting forms  so as not to avoid confusion.

Votes will be counted with an Affinity Sutton representative and The Election Committee (Named Above )

I will take this  time to thank the Election Committee for their tireless work - making, printing and delivering to all homes on the Estate to ensure everybody got a nomination form, and they will ensure every home gets a Voting Form.

The above people have given their time money and expertise to ensure the smooth running of the due process.

If anybody is considering joining the Committee and would like to know more about what involved please feel free to email me  catschairman@gmail.com

Below is an older post which may help with anybody who may not understand the process.

We will then compile a list of voting forms with the names of the the prospective candidates.

Voting forms need to be given to either of the people responsible for running the election   - Lorna Sherlock - Jean Keal –Mary Hoare or Ian Henderson - or posted through the Affinty Sutton letterbox at the side of The Rent Office in the Middle of the Estate.
