To commemorate this important year; the centenary of the start of the First World War and the 70th anniversary of the D-Day Landing, this is a performance of a series of monologues, based on memories of childhood during WWII, with drama, music and poetry.
Presented by the Earl’s Court Community Trust in association with the Finborough Theatre and performed by The Earl’s Courtiers with New Horizon’s Chelsea Belles & Beaux choir and St Cuthbert with St Matthias school choir. Tickets for the event are an optional donation and all proceeds from donations raised from these performances go to the British Legion Poppy Appeal and War Child.
